Role Overview:
A Delivery Executive ensures timely and safe delivery of goods (jewellery, textiles, parcels, or industrial products) to customers or branches, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Pick up items from warehouse, showroom, or supplier location.
Deliver products to customers or company branches within scheduled time.
Verify delivery documents, invoices, and customer signatures.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of goods during transit.
Coordinate with logistics/supply chain team for route optimization.
Report daily delivery updates to supervisor.
Assist in loading/unloading when required.
Valid driving license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler, depending on delivery type).
Basic knowledge of GPS / navigation apps.
Time management and punctuality.
Good communication and customer service attitude.
Ability to handle packages safely and responsibly.
Minimum: 10th or 12th pass
Preferred: Any diploma or certification in logistics/transportation
Fixed salary + incentives per delivery (if applicable)
