The Delivery Executive will be responsible for providing quick, safe, and reliable delivery of goods and services, primarily via Rapido’s bike-taxi and logistics platform. This role requires on-ground operational execution, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.
Pick up and deliver parcels, packages, or documents on time.
Ensure safe handling of goods and maintain the condition of packages.
Navigate efficiently using GPS/Maps to optimize routes.
Communicate with customers and support teams for smooth delivery coordination.
Adhere to traffic rules and Rapido’s safety policies at all times.
Report delivery status, exceptions, or delays promptly.
Maintain the assigned vehicle (bike/scooter) in proper condition.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Basic smartphone knowledge for using Rapido App.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit to handle continuous riding and deliveries.
Prior experience in delivery/logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
