Deliver items to customers’ addresses within designated time windows.
Use the delivery app for navigation, status updates, and proof of delivery (photo or customer confirmation).
Maintain professionalism and courteous interaction with customers.
Adhere to traffic rules and safety standards while riding.
Report any delivery issues, missing or damaged items, or customer complaints promptly.
Assist in loading/unloading goods when required.
