Job Description

Pick up parcels from the warehouse or seller locations.

Deliver packages to customers on time and in good condition.

Scan parcels using handheld devices to update delivery status.

Handle cash on delivery (COD) payments and return shipments.

Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to supervisors.

Maintain proper documentation for returns, damaged goods, or failed deliveries.
