Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive at Meesho, you will be the first point of contact for customers and sellers using the platform. Your role is critical in ensuring a seamless shopping experience by resolving queries, handling complaints, and providing product and service information.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, returns, cancellations, and product details.
Assist sellers with onboarding, order management, and troubleshooting.
Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, tech, and sales to resolve complex problems.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to offer accurate information.
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and standards.
Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages (Hindi, regional languages).
Customer-centric mindset with patience and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or support software.
Ability to handle high volumes of calls or messages with professionalism.
Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet performance targets.
Full-time role based in Meesho’s office (various locations like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, etc.).
Rotational shifts including weekends or holidays based on business needs.
