Meesho Customer Support Executive - Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive at Meesho, you will be the first point of contact for customers and sellers using the platform. Your role is critical in ensuring a seamless shopping experience by resolving queries, handling complaints, and providing product and service information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, returns, cancellations, and product details.

  • Assist sellers with onboarding, order management, and troubleshooting.

  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, tech, and sales to resolve complex problems.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to offer accurate information.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and standards.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages (Hindi, regional languages).

  • Customer-centric mindset with patience and problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or support software.

  • Ability to handle high volumes of calls or messages with professionalism.

  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet performance targets.
