Follow up with customers to ensure smooth service activation and retention.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and backend teams to resolve escalations.
Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with Airtel’s customer service standards and policies.
