Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery/products.
Maintain long-term relationships with VIP, regular, and repeat customers.
Handle queries, complaints, and after-sales service (repairs, returns, exchanges, warranties).
Maintain and update the customer database / CRM system.
Follow up with customers for new collections, promotions, and festive offers.
Coordinate between sales, billing, and service teams to ensure smooth experience.
Conduct courtesy calls / messages to strengthen loyalty.
Support sales staff by cross-selling / upselling products.
Collect customer feedback and report to management.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language).
Customer service orientation with a polite, patient, and professional attitude.
Ability to handle complaints & conflict resolution.
Basic computer knowledge / CRM software.
Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Minimum: Graduate (any stream) preferred.
Freshers can apply, but 1β3 yearsβ experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is advantageous.
