Job Description

  • Customer Interaction & Support

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or walk-ins.

    • Resolve service requests, billing issues, and technical complaints.

    • Provide accurate information about Airtel products and services.

  • Relationship Management

    • Build strong relationships with existing customers.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by offering quick, effective service.

    • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.

  • Sales Support & Upselling

    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Airtel plans (broadband, postpaid, DTH, etc.).

    • Support sales teams in renewals and retention campaigns.

    • Help in service activations, plan upgrades, and KYC verification.

  • Complaint Resolution

    • Coordinate with technical and backend teams for timely complaint resolution.

    • Track and close service requests in the CRM system.

  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate customer records.

    • Prepare daily or weekly performance reports (calls handled, complaints resolved, feedback collected).
