Help in service activations, plan upgrades, and KYC verification.
Complaint Resolution
Coordinate with technical and backend teams for timely complaint resolution.
Track and close service requests in the CRM system.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer records.
Prepare daily or weekly performance reports (calls handled, complaints resolved, feedback collected).
