Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats professionally and efficiently.

  • Address customer questions, complaints, or concerns in a courteous and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and company policies.

  • Log customer interactions, feedback, and issue details in CRM software or ticketing systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher support or technical teams when necessary.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are fully resolved.

  • Process orders, payments, refunds, or account updates when applicable.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and call quality.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance in all interactions.

  • Suggest process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
