Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
Coordinate with sales & service teams to resolve complaints.
Maintain customer records and feedback logs in CRM.
Support loyalty programs & after-sales services.
Strong communication (Hindi/English/regional language).
Polite, customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours/festivals.
Basic computer & billing software knowledge.
Problem-solving and patience.
Education: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Freshers with good communication or 1–2 years in retail / service.
