Job Description

🛠 Key Duties

  • Welcome & guide walk-in customers in the showroom.

  • Answer queries related to products, pricing, offers, and billing.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.

  • Coordinate with sales & service teams to resolve complaints.

  • Maintain customer records and feedback logs in CRM.

  • Support loyalty programs & after-sales services.


📌 Required Skills

  • Strong communication (Hindi/English/regional language).

  • Polite, customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to handle pressure during peak hours/festivals.

  • Basic computer & billing software knowledge.

  • Problem-solving and patience.


🎓 Eligibility / Background
