Job Description

  1. CRM Strategy Development:

    • Define and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.

    • Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.

  2. System & Database Management:

    • Oversee CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

    • Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and automation workflows.

  3. Customer Insights & Analytics:

    • Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and feedback.

    • Provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.

  4. Team Leadership:

    • Manage a team of CRM executives or analysts.

    • Conduct training, performance evaluations, and workflow management.

  5. Customer Engagement & Retention:

    • Design campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized communications.

    • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.

  6. Reporting & KPI Tracking:

    • Track metrics such as customer lifetime value, retention rates, and campaign ROI.

    • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior management.

  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
