Job Description

  • Training Strategy & Program Development

    • Design and implement training modules tailored to local business needs.

    • Develop short-term and long-term learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Manpower Development & Skills Enhancement

    • Identify skill gaps within the workforce and create development plans.

    • Implement programs to improve technical, operational, and leadership capabilities.

  • Cross-Cultural & Local Adaptation

    • Adapt global training content to meet local cultural, operational, and regulatory requirements.

    • Ensure training methods are engaging and effective for the local workforce.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with country leadership, HR, and operational teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.

    • Coordinate with external training partners when necessary.

  • Performance Assessment & Reporting

    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.

    • Prepare reports for senior management on training outcomes and workforce readiness.

  • Compliance & Quality Standards

    • Ensure all training initiatives comply with local labor laws and regulations.

    • Maintain consistency with global corporate training standards.
