Performance Assessment & Reporting
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
Prepare reports for senior management on training outcomes and workforce readiness.
Compliance & Quality Standards
Ensure all training initiatives comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain consistency with global corporate training standards.
Base Salary: Competitive, often ranging from ₹35–60 lakh per annum, depending on experience, location, and company.
