Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Consulting & Engagement

    • Understand client business needs, pain points, and goals.

    • Propose and design tailored IT or process solutions.

    • Act as the trusted advisor to clients in technology, process, or transformation areas.

  2. Solution Design & Implementation

    • Architect and develop end-to-end solutions (technical or functional).

    • Work on digital transformation, cloud migration, automation, or ERP implementations.

    • Create detailed documentation — proposals, solution designs, and architecture blueprints.

  3. Project Management & Delivery

    • Oversee project execution from design to deployment.

    • Coordinate between technical teams, clients, and leadership.

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

  4. Domain / Industry Expertise

    • Provide domain-specific insights (e.g., BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing).

    • Analyze market trends and suggest improvements or innovations.

  5. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

    • Lead small teams of developers, analysts, or engineers.

    • Mentor team members and review deliverables for quality compliance.
