Design and implement pricing models and discount structures for products and markets.
Analyze cost structures, margins, and revenue forecasts for key product lines.
Ensure profitability through cost optimization and process improvements.
Coordinate with Finance on product costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Support sales teams in achieving revenue targets by providing pricing approvals and margin insights.
Monitor monthly sales performance, credit control, and customer receivables.
Manage invoicing, order management, and tender documentation through SAP.
Prepare and review MIS reports, including sales forecasts, collection status, and market trends.
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and audit requirements.
Manage vendor contracts, distributor agreements, and tenders (especially in institutional or government business).
Support internal/external audits and respond to compliance queries.
Liaise with Supply Chain for demand and inventory planning.
Work with Marketing for new product launches and promotional schemes.
Coordinate with Finance and Legal for pricing approval and contract reviews.
Partner with Business Analytics teams to assess performance KPIs.
Generate and present monthly commercial dashboards and P&L summaries.
Provide insights for business planning, forecasting, and market strategy.
Contribute to annual operating plan (AOP) preparation.
