Contact customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits to remind them of pending dues.
Maintain daily follow-up records in the system.
Field Collection Visits
Visit customers at their registered address or business location to collect payments.
Deliver collection notices if required.
Negotiation & Payment Settlement
Negotiate repayment terms, settlement plans, or partial payments as per company policy.
Educate customers about consequences of non-payment.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate payment records, receipts, and MIS reports.
Update collection status in CRM tools or mobile apps provided by the company.
Coordination with Branch & Legal Team
Coordinate with branch collection officers and legal department for escalated or critical cases.
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customers professionally and respectfully.
Ensure compliance with RBI and company ethical collection guidelines.
Fixed monthly salary based on experience and location.
