Visit customer residences or business locations for payment reminders and collections.
Deliver notices or receipts as required.
Customer Interaction & Negotiation
Explain due amounts, penalties, and repayment options.
Negotiate feasible repayment schedules based on company policies.
Maintain good customer relationships and professionalism.
Documentation & Reporting
Record all collection activities, interactions, and payments in company software or MIS tools.
Submit daily reports to the collection manager or branch head.
Coordination
Work closely with branch teams, recovery officers, and legal staff for escalated accounts.
Support audits and compliance checks related to collections.
Compliance & Ethics
Follow RBI and company guidelines for ethical debt collection.
Avoid harassment or unethical recovery practices.
Ensure customer data privacy and confidentiality.
Monthly performance incentives.
Travel allowance or petrol reimbursement.
Mobile bill reimbursement (in some companies).
Insurance (Health / Accident cover).
Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI).
On-the-job training in collection and credit management.
