Job Description

The Collections Executive is responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.

 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Monitor overdue invoices and follow up with clients for payment.
 
Communicate with customers via calls, emails, or letters regarding outstanding balances.
 
Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and payment status.
 
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Legal for issue resolution.
 
Generate regular reports on collections performance.
 
Identify potential risk accounts and suggest strategies for recovery
