Ensure high-quality customer service across all units.
Address escalated customer complaints and issues.
Conduct periodic audits to maintain standards.
Strategic Planning & Expansion
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Implement strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing, merchandising, and product launches.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all units comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Submit timely reports on operational performance, challenges, and recommendations.
