Job Description

  1. Operational Management

    • Supervise daily operations of all units in the cluster.

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

    • Optimize workflow, processes, and resource utilization.

  2. Team Leadership

    • Lead, coach, and mentor unit managers and supervisors.

    • Conduct performance reviews and set clear goals for teams.

    • Resolve staff issues and improve employee engagement.

  3. Performance Monitoring

    • Track KPIs such as sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

    • Identify underperforming units and implement improvement strategies.

  4. Financial Management

    • Develop and manage cluster budgets.

    • Monitor cost controls and profitability of each unit.

    • Prepare regular reports for senior management.

  5. Customer Experience & Quality Control

    • Ensure high-quality customer service across all units.

    • Address escalated customer complaints and issues.

    • Conduct periodic audits to maintain standards.

  6. Strategic Planning & Expansion

    • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

    • Implement strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns.

    • Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing, merchandising, and product launches.

  7. Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure all units comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.

    • Submit timely reports on operational performance, challenges, and recommendations.
