Job Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients or enterprise accounts.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalation.

  • Understand client business goals and help them achieve outcomes using company solutions.

  • Monitor customer health metrics, usage data, and satisfaction levels.

  • Conduct regular review meetings and business reviews with clients.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling / cross-selling.

  • Resolve client issues proactively and ensure renewal of contracts.
