Prepare layout plans, structural designs, and estimates
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and design teams
Supervise construction activities at site
Ensure work is done as per approved drawings and safety norms
Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials
Track project schedules, milestones, and costs
Monitor quality, productivity, and progress reports
Handle measurements and billing (RA bills, final bills)
Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and quality checks
Conduct inspections, tests, and audits
Implement safety practices on site
Liaise with clients, government authorities, and vendors
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Support approvals, permits, and documentation
