Job Description

Posting incoming payments to customer accounts accurately.

Matching payments with invoices and resolving discrepancies.

Reconciling accounts receivable (AR) ledger.

Coordinating with clients/customers and internal teams for payment issues.

Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.

Handling unapplied or short payments and following up on outstanding items.
