Job Description

  • Rarr Technologies is seeking energetic and motivated field sales professionals for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and promote digital payment solutions across various cities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily field visits (within a 20–25 km radius) to generate leads and onboard new customers
  • Promote and explain digital payment products to merchants and small businesses
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term retention
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, visit logs, and customer feedback
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer acquisition goals

  • βœ… Eligibility Criteria
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in field sales (mandatory)
  • Education: At least 12th pass or Diploma (mandatory); graduates preferred
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license
  • Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in FMCG, Telecom, or Banking sectors
