Job Description

📈 Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and issues

Create dashboards, reports, and metrics for stakeholders

Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

🧮 Tools & Technical Work

Write SQL queries to pull and analyze data

Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Work with BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Sometimes use Python/R for advanced analysis (optional for BA I)

🤝 Business Support

Support business teams with data-driven insights

Help improve process efficiency, cost, quality, or customer experience

Document findings and present insights clearly
