Job Description

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze business data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SAP.

  • Generate dashboards and reports to support management decisions.

  • Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as sales performance, supply metrics, or inventory levels.

2. Process Improvement

  • Study existing business workflows (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, finance) and identify inefficiencies.

  • Recommend automation or process optimization using analytics and digital tools.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements.

3. Business Planning & Forecasting

  • Support annual and quarterly business planning processes.

  • Analyze market trends, costs, and demand forecasts to improve planning accuracy.

  • Provide analytical support for new product launches or capacity expansion projects.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with business heads, finance teams, plant managers, and IT to align strategies.

  • Prepare presentations and insights for management reviews.

  • Support global and regional reporting for leadership teams.

5. Project Support

  • Contribute to digital transformation or ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).

  • Act as a liaison between business teams and developers to ensure requirements are met.

  • Track project timelines, documentation, and post-implementation results.
