Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Actively promote and sell Airtel Broadband / Xstream Fiber connections to residential and small business customers.

  • Conduct field visits, door-to-door marketing, and area mapping to generate new leads.

  • Convert potential leads into confirmed broadband connections.

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

🔹 2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

  • Educate customers about Airtel broadband plans, features, and offers.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right plan based on their needs.

  • Handle queries and complaints with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals.

🔹 3. Coordination with Technical & Support Teams

  • Collaborate with installation and fiber deployment teams to ensure timely activation of connections.

  • Track installation progress and service quality after the sale.

  • Ensure customers receive a seamless installation and activation experience.

🔹 4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Record daily activities, leads, and conversions in the Airtel Sales Management System / CRM.

  • Submit daily sales reports (DSR) and performance updates to supervisors.

  • Ensure all customer KYC and documentation is properly collected and submitted.

🔹 5. Market Analysis & Competitor Tracking

  • Keep track of competitor broadband providers and offers in the assigned area.

  • Suggest ideas for market expansion and local marketing activities.

  • Share customer and market feedback with the sales leadership team.
