Process cash deposits and withdrawals.
Handle cheque deposits, cash payments, and remittances.
Maintain accurate cash balances and teller records.
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
Address basic customer queries regarding accounts, transactions, and services.
Provide assistance with account opening forms, passbooks, and statement requests.
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in banking systems.
Reconcile cash at the start and end of shifts.
Report discrepancies or errors to the branch supervisor immediately.
Follow KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and internal policies.
Ensure safety and security of cash and confidential customer data.
Assist with internal audits and compliance checks when required.
Help with cheque clearing and cash management.
Support other branch staff for administrative or operational tasks
Monthly salary: โน12,000 โ โน20,000 (entry-level, varies by bank and city)
