Business Development & Sales
Acquire new priority banking customers (meeting defined balance/investment thresholds).
Cross-sell and up-sell bank products: savings/current accounts, term deposits, loans, credit cards, mutual funds, insurance, and other wealth products.
Drive revenue growth by achieving sales and fee-income targets.
Financial Planning & Advisory
Provide customers with investment advisory and portfolio solutions.
Collaborate with product specialists (wealth managers, insurance experts) to deliver holistic financial planning.
Customer Service & Retention
Handle service requests, complaints, and escalations promptly.
Ensure high standards of customer experience for the priority segment.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and relationship deepening meetings.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all transactions are in line with KYC/AML norms and RBI regulations.
Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
