Manage a portfolio of Priority Banking customers at the branch
Act as a single point of contact for customer banking needs
Build long-term relationships through regular interactions and reviews
Achieve CASA, FD, investment, insurance, and loan targets
Cross-sell products including:
Savings & current accounts
Fixed deposits
Credit cards
Personal, home, and auto loans
Mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party products
Understand customer financial goals and risk profile
Recommend suitable investment and wealth solutions
Conduct portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints
Coordinate with operations, credit, and backend teams
Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction scores
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Follow bank policies and ethical sales practices
Fixed salary as per grade
