Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the branchโs customer base and revenue
Monitor branch performance and take corrective actions as needed
Build and maintain relationships with key retail and corporate clients
Ensure high-quality service delivery across all products and services
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff including Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and Operations team
Conduct performance appraisals, training, and mentoring
Promote a culture of compliance, service excellence, and target orientation
Oversee day-to-day branch operations including cash management, account opening, loan processing, and transactions
Ensure KYC, AML, RBI, and internal compliance requirements are met
Maintain branch audit readiness and operational efficiency
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch performance, revenue, and operational KPIs
Track progress against targets and provide insights for improvement
Present performance updates to Regional or Zonal Managers
Fixed salary based on seniority and branch size
