Job Description

  1. Store & Operations Management

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the electronics store.

    • Ensure smooth functioning of sales, billing, inventory, and customer service.

    • Maintain store appearance and compliance with company policies.

  2. Sales & Revenue Management

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

    • Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

  3. Team Leadership & Staff Management

    • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales executives and support staff.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and motivate the team to meet targets.

    • Ensure proper allocation of roles and responsibilities.

  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Handle escalated customer complaints or queries.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
