Generate new business for the branch (CASA, loans, deposits).
Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and local marketing.
Promote banking products such as:
Savings & Current Accounts
Loans (Home, Personal, Business, Auto)
Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Insurance
Build relationships with local businesses, corporates, and individuals.
Maintain ongoing contact with customers to increase wallet share.
Coordinate with branch teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Identify new catchment areas and potential customer segments.
Conduct local campaigns, corporate visits, and tie-ups.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Assist customers with account opening and loan documentation.
Ensure compliance with KYC and internal banking guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and credit teams.
Maintain daily activity reports and sales MIS.
Track leads, conversions, and target achievement
Fixed base salary (โน3โ7 LPA, depending on bank and experience)
