Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Sales

    • Achieve revenue and sales targets of the branch.

    • Drive cross-selling of products/services.

    • Build strong local market presence.

  2. Branch Operations

    • Manage daily operations, ensure smooth customer service.

    • Monitor cash flow, transactions, and compliance.

    • Oversee audits, risk management, and reporting.

  3. Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff.

    • Set performance goals and review regularly.

    • Motivate the team to meet sales and service KPIs.

  4. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.

    • Resolve escalated customer issues.

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction scores.

  5. Compliance & Administration

    • Ensure branch adheres to company policies, RBI/IRDA/SEBI norms (if financial sector).

    • Maintain regulatory and internal compliance records.

    • Prepare MIS reports for higher management.
