Job Description

1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify new customers for Airtel Broadband services in assigned areas.

  • Conduct door-to-door visits, society campaigns, and local market activations.

  • Explain product features, speed benefits, and pricing plans to customers.

  • Convert leads into confirmed broadband connections.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Handle queries and assist with post-installation support.

  • Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.

3. Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with the installation and network teams to ensure timely service activation.

  • Follow up with customers until the broadband connection is live.

  • Ensure 100% documentation and KYC compliance for new activations.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily reports of leads generated, sales closed, and pending activations.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and collections.

  • Share competitor activity updates and local market trends.

5. Territory Management

  • Manage assigned territory efficiently and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Identify potential buildings, residential complexes, and societies for expansion.

  • Support on-ground marketing and awareness campaigns.
