Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and operational roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications
Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business targets
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and agencies
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview processes and manage offer rollouts
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire
Lead, mentor, and support recruiters or HR executives
Manage recruitment vendors and staffing agencies
