Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Provide legal advice on regulatory, corporate, employment, and operational matters
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Handle disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external law firms
Conduct risk assessment for contracts, business decisions, and projects
Support corporate governance, intellectual property (IP), and compliance initiatives
Monitor changes in applicable laws and advise the business accordingly
Maintain legal records, prepare internal reports, and manage documentation
Mentor or supervise junior legal associates, if applicable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance in business operations
