Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on regulatory, corporate, and operational matters
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies
Handle disputes, claims, or litigation with external counsel
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business
Coordinate with external law firms for legal support or representation
Conduct risk assessment for contracts, business decisions, and projects
Prepare internal legal reports and maintain records
Support corporate governance, intellectual property (IP), and employment law matters
Mentor or guide junior legal associates, if applicable
