Job Description

  1. Hub Operations Management

    • Oversee daily operations of the hub including inbound and outbound shipments, sorting, scanning, and dispatching.

    • Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing of all parcels.

  2. Team Leadership

    • Supervise hub staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide guidance.

    • Conduct training sessions for new employees and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

  3. Process Improvement

    • Analyze operational metrics and identify bottlenecks.

    • Implement process enhancements to reduce errors, delays, and costs.

  4. Inventory & Data Management

    • Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and hub performance.

    • Generate reports for senior management and track KPIs.

  5. Coordination & Communication

    • Coordinate with regional operations teams, delivery staff, and other hubs.

    • Handle escalations related to missing, damaged, or delayed shipments.

  6. Compliance & Quality Assurance

    • Ensure operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Maintain quality checks and audits to ensure smooth hub functioning.
