Hub Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the hub including inbound and outbound shipments, sorting, scanning, and dispatching.
Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing of all parcels.
Team Leadership
Supervise hub staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
Conduct training sessions for new employees and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
Process Improvement
Analyze operational metrics and identify bottlenecks.
Implement process enhancements to reduce errors, delays, and costs.
Inventory & Data Management
Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and hub performance.
Generate reports for senior management and track KPIs.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with regional operations teams, delivery staff, and other hubs.
Handle escalations related to missing, damaged, or delayed shipments.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain quality checks and audits to ensure smooth hub functioning.
