Coordinate between internal teams (logistics, sales, finance) to meet client requirements.
Resolve client queries and escalations efficiently.
Process Improvement
Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the B2B workflow.
Propose improvements to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
