Job Description

  • B2B Client Management

    • Act as a point of contact for B2B clients.

    • Ensure smooth onboarding, order processing, and issue resolution for corporate customers.

  • Operations & Process Management

    • Handle daily operational tasks such as order tracking, shipment scheduling, and inventory coordination.

    • Ensure that B2B orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

  • Data & Reporting

    • Maintain records of B2B transactions, shipments, and client communications.

    • Generate performance reports and metrics for management review.

  • Coordination & Communication

    • Coordinate between internal teams (logistics, sales, finance) to meet client requirements.

    • Resolve client queries and escalations efficiently.

  • Process Improvement

    • Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the B2B workflow.

    • Propose improvements to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
