Job Description

  1. Operational Support

    • Assist in day-to-day tasks within the department (e.g., processing orders, maintaining records, coordinating with teams).

    • Ensure smooth execution of assigned operational processes.

  2. Data Management & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records, databases, or logs.

    • Prepare basic reports, performance metrics, or summaries for managers.

  3. Client / Stakeholder Coordination

    • Act as a point of contact for internal or external stakeholders as required.

    • Handle routine queries or escalate issues to senior staff.

  4. Process Improvement Assistance

    • Identify minor process inefficiencies and report suggestions to supervisors.

    • Support the implementation of new workflows or SOPs.

  5. Team Collaboration

    • Work alongside peers and team members to meet departmental goals.

    • Assist senior executives or managers in executing tasks and projects.
