Coordinate with delivery executives / riders for dispatch and route planning
Track and monitor package movement, delays, and exceptions
Ensure timely sorting, scanning, and dispatch of orders
Handle customer or operational escalations related to deliveries
Maintain records, reports, and MIS for hub operations
Monitor team productivity and operational efficiency
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and compliance guidelines
Support process improvements to enhance delivery performance
Assist in manpower planning and shift management
