Supervise picking, packing, and dispatching of orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and maintain proper storage practices.
Track inventory discrepancies and work on reducing losses.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates.
Allocate tasks and ensure adherence to productivity and quality metrics.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure store hygiene, safety standards, and adherence to company policies.
Conduct audits and inspections to maintain operational standards.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and productivity.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
Coordinate with inventory, delivery, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Issue Resolution:
Resolve escalations, customer complaints, and operational challenges efficiently.
