Job Description

  1. Operations Management:

    • Oversee daily activities of the dark store, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

    • Supervise picking, packing, and dispatching of orders with high accuracy and efficiency.

  2. Inventory Control:

    • Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and maintain proper storage practices.

    • Track inventory discrepancies and work on reducing losses.

  3. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates.

    • Allocate tasks and ensure adherence to productivity and quality metrics.

  4. Quality & Compliance:

    • Ensure store hygiene, safety standards, and adherence to company policies.

    • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain operational standards.

  5. Performance Monitoring:

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and productivity.

    • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

  6. Reporting & Communication:

    • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.

    • Coordinate with inventory, delivery, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

  7. Issue Resolution:

    • Resolve escalations, customer complaints, and operational challenges efficiently.
