Job Description

  • Operational Management – Monitor and control operations across multiple branches/units in the cluster.

  • Team Supervision – Guide and support branch managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.

  • Process Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, safety, and legal requirements.

  • Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs like sales, service levels, turnaround times, and cost efficiency.

  • Customer Experience – Resolve escalated customer issues and improve service quality.

  • Resource Planning – Manage workforce scheduling, logistics, and material allocation across the cluster.

  • Reporting & Analysis – Prepare operational reports and share performance updates with senior management.

  • Training & Development – Support employee training, skill development, and performance appraisals.

  • Cost Control – Optimize expenses while maintaining service standards.

  • Coordination – Act as the operational link between the cluster and the regional/national head office.
