Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Supervision

  • Guide and manage a team of executives or associates.

  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.

  • Provide coaching and training to improve productivity.

  1. Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee day-to-day department activities (sales, service, HR, finance, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

  • Streamline processes for better efficiency.

  1. Customer / Client Service

  • Handle escalated customer issues or complaints.

  • Maintain good relationships with key clients.

  • Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Support campaigns, promotions, or new product launches.

  1. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance and financial reports.

  • Analyze KPIs, sales figures, or service metrics.

  • Share insights with the Manager and suggest improvements.

  1. Coordination & Leadership

  • Act as a link between staff and senior management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).

  • Step in as Manager in their absence.
