Job Description

1. Business Operations Management

  • Execute and monitor daily operational plans as per company strategy.

  • Drive sales, service, or rollout performance metrics within the assigned territory or function.

  • Manage budgets, project timelines, and compliance standards.

2. Team Supervision

  • Lead a team of field executives, engineers, or customer officers.

  • Allocate tasks, track performance, and ensure productivity.

  • Conduct training and motivate team members to achieve KPIs.

3. Sales & Revenue (for Sales Roles)

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, activation, and retention targets.

  • Manage distributor and retailer relationships in assigned zones.

  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase customer base.

4. Customer Relationship Management (for Service Roles)

  • Handle escalations, improve customer satisfaction scores (NPS).

  • Coordinate with backend teams to resolve customer issues quickly.

  • Ensure process compliance and high-quality service delivery.

5. Project Management (for Fiber Rollouts / Network Roles)

  • Plan, execute, and monitor telecom infrastructure rollout projects.

  • Manage vendors and contractors for timely fiber installation, testing, and commissioning.

  • Ensure quality standards and network reliability.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular MIS reports for management on performance and progress.

  • Analyze gaps in performance and suggest process improvements.

  • Track and optimize resource utilization.
