Plan and implement telecom infrastructure rollouts (e.g., fiber, tower, broadband).
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government authorities for permissions (Right of Way, site clearances).
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and budget parameters.
Manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer retention.
Analyze market trends and help implement promotional or sales campaigns.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing escalations and service gaps.
Prepare and present reports on revenue, network uptime, or project progress.
Use data analytics tools and dashboards to monitor efficiency and performance metrics.
