Assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets for:
Deposits (Savings, Current Accounts)
Loans (Home, Personal, Auto, Business)
Credit cards, investments, and insurance products
Drive cross-selling and upselling of banking products
Track and improve sales performance of branch staff
Maintain relationships with high-value and key customers
Resolve customer complaints and escalations
Ensure a high-quality customer experience
Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager
Ensure accurate cash handling, transaction processing, and account management
Support cheque clearing, remittances, and reconciliation
Supervise Tellers, Relationship Officers, and support staff
Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance
Ensure staff compliance with internal policies and standard operating procedures
Ensure KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and internal policy compliance
Monitor operational risk and NPA (Non-Performing Assets) control
Base salary: ₹6–12 LPA (depending on experience and bank location)
Performance-linked incentives based on branch targets, sales, and portfolio growth
High performers may earn additional bonuses up to 20–40% of base salary
