Assist in achieving branch targets for deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
Drive cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
Monitor and support the sales performance of branch staff.
Implement branch-level marketing and business development initiatives.
Maintain relationships with high-value and key customers.
Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Supervise daily branch operations, including cash handling, transactions, and account management.
Assist with cheque clearing, remittances, and reconciliations.
Ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in all branch activities.
Supervise Tellers, Relationship Officers, and support staff.
Provide training, coaching, and performance guidance to staff.
Maintain discipline and adherence to SOPs among branch staff.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and internal policies.
Monitor operational risk and NPA control.
Support internal and external audits
Base salary: ₹6–12 LPA (depending on experience and bank location)
Performance-linked incentives based on branch targets, sales, and portfolio growth
High performers may earn additional bonuses up to 20–40% of base salary
