Job Description

1. Support Automation Strategy

  • Help design and implement automation solutions (software robots, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, machines, etc.).

  • Assist in defining automation goals aligned with business/production objectives.

2. Coordinate Projects

  • Work with cross‑functional teams (engineering, production/operations, IT) to deploy automation tools.

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Help ensure automation projects stay within budget and schedule.

3. Maintain & Improve Systems

  • Monitor automated systems for performance, errors, and bottlenecks.

  • Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect data from automation systems to analyze performance.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management.

  • Use data to suggest process optimizations.

5. Training & Documentation

  • Help train operators and technicians on new automation tools.

  • Document automation processes, SOPs (standard operating procedures), and best practices
