Greet and engage customers, ask about their beauty preferences, skin type, desired look, and recommend suitable products.
Provide high-quality make-up application or makeover sessions — for example demonstrating foundation, lipstick, eye-looks or skincare routines.
Maintain deep knowledge of the brand’s products, new launches, trends in beauty, skincare ingredients, and application techniques.
Achieve sales targets — including product sales, add-ons, cross-sell, up-sell.
Assist in visual merchandising of the counter: ensure displays are attractive, testers are clean/stocked, counters maintain brand standard
Participate in in-store events/promotions (launch nights, masterclasses, seasonal campaigns) to elevate the brand experience. Process customer transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage appointments/consultations, maintain customer records (if applicable).
Handle customer queries and feedback, build relationships for repeat business.
Stay flexible with work hours (including weekends, evenings, special events) as retail hours require.
