Job Description

1️⃣ Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact person for assigned corporate customers.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with clients.

  • Understand client needs, propose suitable Airtel solutions, and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Handle client issues and resolve escalations promptly.


2️⃣ Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities (Internet Leased Lines, Cloud, IoT, Broadband, Mobility).

  • Manage contract renewals, pricing, and negotiations with clients.

  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and business presentations.


3️⃣ Account Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and implement Account Development Plans (ADPs) for each key client.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to plan strategies.

  • Maintain account information and updates in CRM tools (like Salesforce).

  • Forecast revenue growth and prepare sales reports.


4️⃣ Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with network, finance, operations, and service delivery teams to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Work with the marketing team to implement client campaigns or product promotions.

  • Ensure seamless coordination from order booking to final service activation.


5️⃣ Customer Experience & Retention

  • Conduct regular business review meetings with key clients.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service quality.

  • Take feedback to improve customer experience and strengthen relationships.

  • Aim for high client retention and reduced churn rate.
